My name is Dayna and I have lived in the Orlando area since I was 5 (69 years young now). If you asked me to define myself, I guess I would say... Christian, wife (to my wonderful husband, Jim), mother (to my two daughters and two dogs) , grandmother (to SIX amazing individuals between 18 and 26), good friend, survivor, and passionate gardener. I went to school, got married, raised my girls, loved, worked and played within a 20 mile radius of where I sit this morning. I have been an office manager, a retail manager, a credit manager, and started my Real Estate career in 2006 after deciding that if I love buying - rehabbing - and selling homes more than anything else, that being in this business is a lot better way to way to do that and to save and make money in the process. I have an alphabet soup after my name... GRI, ABR, SRS, SSS, GREEN, and so on because I feel that I can serve

better if I know more... In 2012, I decided to upgrade and got my Broker's license. I also met my Husband, Jim! It is true whey they say "the "the third time is a charm" and after 12 years together (married for 10), I am very happy with my life. He taught me to play golf and we have taken many wonderful day trips that have made me appreciate Florida so much more!

I went back into sales for a couple of years and then in 2016, I anwered an add for a Sales Consultant for Palm Valley. I came here and the rest is history...

I have lived and sold homes in Palm Valley in Oviedo since 2016. I think of my role in all of this as a "friend finder", not just for myself but for all of the amazing people living here in Palm Valley. I know I have welcomed at least 200 new residents to this community. I have seen many leave for so many reasons and helped with that transition. My friends know I am somewhat of a vagabond, When I enter a much loved home in a good location, I just can't help but want to help it reach its potential. Just like my homes, I am a work in progress... Always looking for a better way to improve my life, my health, my home, my community, and my relationships with myself, my family, my friends, my community and, most importantly, my God. I truly believe that every day is a new opportunity to re-invent yourself and that a positive outlook is one of the most valuable things you can have. I love

The saying that whether you say "I can" or " I can't" either way, you are right. So I choose to say "I can!"

I try to live my life with an attitude of gratitude and I think that it why God picks me up when I fall, dusts me off when I get messy, and forgives me for my many mistakes.

I always try to be a good listener, I am a resource for a lot of things. I almost always answer my phone and texts (and emails).

I LOVE research! Whether it's how to propagate a plant, or how to live a better life, a new recipe...I'm in! I'm alwayds looking for a better, more efficient, healthier, cheaper, more asthetic, or more enjoyable way to do something.

Today is a NEW DAY, So, go do something NEW!
