A four-time All-American collegiate swimmer and current Masters swimming world record holder, Eric brings the same dedication and focus to everything he does. He proudly coaches middle school athletes on the Blue Dolphins swim team, encouraging young swimmers to push their limits and grow with confidence.

Married for 27 years to his wife—whom he’s known since elementary school—Eric believes deeply in loyalty, connection, and community. Together, they’ve built a strong family foundation rooted in love and perseverance.

As a co-owner of Property Management Solutions Florida, Eric thrives on transforming spaces. He enjoys working with his hands, using creativity and skill to bring out the best in every property his team renovates. His attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship help ensure that each home is functional, stylish, and built to last.
