Hi, I’m JP Rolfe. I bring over two decades of hands-on experience in remodeling, home improvement, and property maintenance to the real estate industry. My journey in the trades began in 2002 when I started my first business, specializing in interior and exterior home painting. That early experience sparked a lifelong passion for helping people improve, protect, and take pride in their homes.

I went on to work at a local hardware store owned by my uncle, and then spent 15 years at Lowe’s, deepening my expertise in tools, home systems, and customer service. Over the years, I’ve expanded my skill set to include all areas of home repair, renovation, and upkeep.

Originally from Plattsburg, Missouri, and a graduate of Plattsburg High School, I relocated to Florida with my family in 2020. I’ve been married for 20 years to my high school sweetheart, Jenny Rolfe, and we’re the proud parents of two wonderful teenage daughters — Jazmine (16) and Jalyn (14).

In 2024, I launched my own handyman and repair business, and I currently serve as the in-house technician for Partners Real Estate Brokerage LLC. In this role, I support the brokerage with everything from property prep and repairs to renovation projects and maintenance evaluations. My background also includes property maintenance, such as lawn care, winterization, and clearing out properties, which provides me with real-world experience that translates directly to my work today.

More recently, I’ve expanded into real estate sales as a licensed mobile home sales agent. Being part of Partners Real Estate Brokerage LLC has been an incredible experience.
