Hi, I’m Mike Kratz, part owner of Property Management Solutions Florida, LLC. Before getting into home renovation and property management, I spent a number of years working as a microbiologist. That background taught me how to pay close attention to detail—something I’ve carried with me into every home we work on.

Over the years, I transitioned into hands-on work as a handyman and found my true passion in building and transforming homes. There’s something incredibly rewarding about creating spaces that are not only functional but also meaningful for the people who live in them.

I’ve been married for 26 years and am a proud dad to two amazing sons. Family means everything to me, and I bring that same sense of care and commitment to the work we do at Property Management Solutions. I’m proud to be part of a team that values integrity, craftsmanship, and turning houses into homes.
