I’m Veronica Zerpa, Broker of Partners Real Estate Brokerage LLC. With nearly two decades of experience in real estate and home renovation, I specialize in both traditional and mobile home markets across Central Florida. I also lead Property Management Solutions Florida, our renovation arm focused on flipping and improving homes with my trusted partners, Mike Kratz and Eric Christiansen.

As a proud wife, mom, and grandmother, I bring heart and integrity to everything I do. Our boutique brokerage is built on personal service, collaboration, and real results — whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, we’re here to make the process feel like home.

Mike Kratz

With a background in microbiology and a passion for hands-on work, Mike brings precision and heart to every project. As co-owner of Property Management Solutions Florida, he transforms homes with a focus on function, craftsmanship, and care. A devoted husband and dad, Mike approaches each renovation with the same integrity and dedication he brings to his family life.

A world-record-holding Masters swimmer and former All-American athlete, Eric brings the same drive and focus to real estate renovation. As co-owner of Property Management Solutions Florida, he combines craftsmanship, creativity, and hands-on skill to transform homes with lasting quality. A dedicated coach and mentor, Eric values loyalty, community, and building spaces—and relationships—that stand the test of time.
